The network

Engineered for the next decade, not the last one.

Our network runs on glass end-to-end with self-healing optical rings, 100G uplinks per neighborhood, and dedicated peering across major IXs. Translation: it's quietly fast, even at peak.

0Gbps

Symmetric upload & download on our top tier — same speed, both ways.

0% uptime

Measured at the customer edge across all five metros, last 12 months.

<0ms latency

Average local round-trip from your modem to our metro core.

24/7 NOC

Real engineers, not a script. Tier-3 escalation in under 4 minutes.

What we build

One network. Three speeds of growth.

Residential fiber

Symmetric 1G, 5G, and 10G plans for homes that take the internet seriously — game streamers, remote workers, big families, and people who just hate buffering.

  • Wi-Fi 6E mesh router included
  • Static IPv4 + native IPv6
  • No data caps, no throttling, ever
See residential plans

Enterprise dark fiber

Lit and dark fiber leasing for data centers, hospitals, university campuses, and carriers. Light it your way — we just keep the glass humming.

  • Diverse path routes & ring topologies
  • 10G / 100G / 400G handoffs
  • Custom MSAs & long-term IRUs

Built different

Photons, not promises.

Most "fiber" plans switch to copper somewhere between the curb and your living room. Ours doesn't. We run single-mode fiber the entire way — from metro core to the optical network terminal sitting next to your router.

  • End-to-end XGS-PON with 10G capable ONTs
  • Self-healing ring with sub-50 ms failover
  • 100G aggregation per neighborhood, 400G per metro
  • Direct peering at NAP of the Americas, Equinix CH1, CoreSite LA1

Built for the real internet

Symmetric, because uploads matter too.

Streaming, video calls, cloud backups, off-site rendering, hosted SaaS — the modern web is upload-heavy. We give you the same speed in both directions on every plan, residential and business alike.

Resilience by design

The network you forget is there.

Every metro is built as a self-healing optical ring with two physically diverse paths. If a backhoe finds a fiber, traffic reroutes in less than 50 ms — fast enough that your video call never knows.

  • Dual-path fiber from every neighborhood node
  • N+1 power with on-site generators at every PoP
  • BGP route diversity across 6 upstream tier-1s
  • 24/7 NOC staffed by tier-3 network engineers

Customers

Loved in Miami. Used in Chicago. Trusted in LA. New in Dallas and Kansas City.

"Switched from cable, never going back. I run two 4K streams and a Twitch broadcast at the same time and the meter doesn't even flinch."

Ana M. Brickell, Miami · Home 5G customer

"We moved our 60-person studio onto SF Innovations business fiber. Render uploads to AWS dropped from 40 minutes to under 4. The SLA is real — they actually pick up."

David L. Wicker Park, Chicago · Business customer

"Pro install took 90 minutes. The tech ran a clean drop, set up the mesh, and stuck around to make sure my home lab on the 10G plan was actually pulling 10G."

Priya K. Silver Lake, LA · Home 10G customer
FAQ

Quick answers.

Need more? Talk to a human

Are speeds really symmetric?

Yes. On every residential and business plan. A 10 Gbps connection means 10 Gbps up and 10 Gbps down, simultaneously.

Do you have data caps?

None. No throttling, no fair-use clauses, no overage fees. Use the bandwidth you pay for.

Can I bring my own router?

Absolutely. We hand off Ethernet from the ONT — plug in any router or firewall you like. We can also disable the included Wi-Fi if you prefer.

What about IPv6?

Native dual-stack on every connection. Residential customers get a /56 by default; business customers get static prefixes on request.

Is there a contract?

No annual contracts on residential plans — month-to-month, cancel any time. Business plans use 12 / 24 / 36-month MSAs with SLA credits.

How fast can you install?

If you're already on-net, typically 2–5 business days. Off-net builds depend on permits and run from 2 to 8 weeks; we'll quote a date up front.

About

Built by network engineers who got tired of waiting.

SF Innovations Inc. was founded in Miami in 2018 by a team of network engineers who'd spent a decade lighting fiber for tier-1 carriers and decided regular people deserved the same network. We've been quietly digging trenches and lighting glass ever since.

We're independent, profitable, and privately held — and we plan to stay that way. The only person we answer to is the customer at the end of the cable.
